Ismail Bolaji Olalere

Engr. Ismail Bolaji is a Consultant for Arams Group of companies. He started his business as a local trading house and graduated in later years into a conglomerate.

Today, the Arams Group, comprising of several vibrant companies, is a high profile, technology-driven, customer oriented conglomerate, conceived to be among the best indigenous groups in Nigeria and Africa, in terms of product quality and service delivery. Its business activity traverses across manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, real estate, trading, Printing, agriculture, transport and Water. With increasing commercial exposure outside of Nigeria, the Group aims at strategically growing into a leading Pan-African entity, with a well-diversified portfolio.

An astute businessman of international repute, Engr. Ismail Bolaji Olalere has held various offices in business and social organisations including Schlumberger, Shell, Tullow Oil, SEPLAT, Aiteo Energy amongst many others.

He is a fellow of many professional bodies including SPE, IMECH, COREN, NSE, and PMI .He is a visionary, an emphatic leader, a philanthropist and a purpose-driven man.

Mr Adeyemi Ahmad Miftah: CEO

He is a graduate of Engineering with HND Mechanical Engineering from Ibadan polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria. Mr Adeyemi is presently the CEO of Arams Group of companies.

Engineering experience garnered over the years cut across eighteen (18) straight years. He was with IHS Nigeria PLC , Victoria Island , Lagos where he led many projects as the Team lead managing communications and BTS Sites for the company from 2001 to 2018.

He was also the project Manager for the Motorola MTel project , the HIS EMTS project , HIS Multilink , HIS collocations and HTN projects amongst many others He has been able to adapt computer program solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness, organizing records and compiling reports. He is also responsible for maintaining discipline among the technical teams in ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.

Among the major skills Mr Adeyemi will readily bring to bear on the operation of ARAMS GROUP are his extensive experience in overseeing, managing and executing projects, his ability to adapt to engineering principles and techniques as well as his experience in designing cost- effective and practical mechanical equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.

Adewale Abdul R: Technical Director

He bagged BSc Industrial Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He has over 20 years experience within the field of Mechanical Engineering, covering EPIC, EPCM, and experience in operations of Oil and Gas and ''IPP'' project, construction. Piping work, process piping, raw water tank, Demin Water tank, Waste Water Tank,Fire Water Tanks, System Engineering and Construction. Maintenance work, commissioning, Gas Turbine, pumps, fitting accessories, valves, equipment installation, material selection, engineering calculations, solid experience in project planning, scheduling, preparation, interpretation and execution of drawings P&ID, PFD, GA etc., heavy lifting.

Excellent customer orientation on all projects handled; strong manpower management ability; excellent organization, documentation, time management, computer navigation and problem solving skills; social intelligence and stress management skills.

Excellent organization, documentation, time management, Proficient in ASME, AWS, API and IS codes; adept at evaluating and streamlining processes to optimize effectiveness.

He belongs to many professional association among which are COREN, Nigeria Society of Engineers, Pipeline Professional Association of Nigeria, America Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Durodola Kazeem Ademola: Assistant Technical Director

Ademola is an astute electrical engineer, he had his HND from Ibadan Polytechnic in 1993. He worked as an engineer with West African Portland Cement Ewekoro, Nigerian Distilling Company Sango-Ota, Energy Commission of Nigeria and Millennium Development Goals. He is a licensed Electrical Wiring Installer under Federal Ministry of Power and Steel.

Faisal Bidmos (B.Sc Hons, MBA, ACA): CFO

Faisal attended the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria where he graduated with B.Sc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics in November 1995. He received the 'Best student, 1990 Year 1 set, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science scholarship award in November 1991. He also obtained a Diploma in Computer Science and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from same University in 1997 and

1999 respectively. Faisal qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in November 2008.

He spent fourteen (14) very active and meritorious service years in Banking. Starting with the then Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited in June, 1997 as an Executive Trainee with Allen Avenue Branch operations, Faisal rose through the ranks and on account of his exemplary hard work and right attitude, to become Senior Manager in July 2011 with Access Bank Plc. He won the 'Best Staff' award twice in Equity Bank on account of his exemplary performance while in the Financial Control department of the Bank.

He has extensive practical and teaching experiences in Strategic Planning, Internal Control, Management Information System (MIS) and Risk Management. He is also an audit and tax consultant to many corporate institutions including top Microfinance Banks. He facilitated and anchored Total Quality Management (TQM)/Training and Performance Management in the Strategic Planning and Financial Control units of both Equity Bank and Intercontinental Bank Plc. An expert in Advanced Microsoft office Applications, he authored a book titled 'Understanding Computer Applications and Management Information System'. On account of his brilliance, Faisal was appointed Executive Assistant to Group MD/CE Intercontinental Bank Plc, Mr Mahmud Alabi for the period October, 2009 to August, 2011 while doubling as Head, Public Sector of the Bank.

He resigned his appointment with Access Bank in Nov 2011 to start Midcool Resources Limited as the Chief Executive covering Forensic and Financial audit, Tax Consulting , Strategy and Research. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of ARAMS Group of Companies

We strongly expect his wealth of experience in Finance , IT, Risk Management and Performance Management as well as his project management and accounting pedigree to facilitate and enhance the operation of the group.

Toheeb Aremu: Head, Logistics & Operations

He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Chemistry from the prestigious University of Lagos with a distinction which he completed in 2017 .

He had his first degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Ilorin , Kwara State with a second class Upper division in 2013. Toheeb is a graduate member of the Project Management Professional Institute and also a Health and Safety Environment (HSE) professional.

He has attended several courses and seminar on logistics. He will also bring to bear his project management skills to manage our projects in addition to managing relationship with our investors and partners. He will supervise the operations and logistics end of the business.

Toheeb is also exceptionally blessed with Computer skills with capabilities to use practically most business applications.
